The prices of our Collector’s Editions are displayed excluding VAT. Where appropriate, if applicable, the VAT (currently 2,5% to 8% for Switzerland) and shipping will appear at the last stage of the order confirmation prior to final approval, which will include a full summary explicitly stating the Collector’s Editions selected, prices and surcharges, as well as the total amount of the order and the currency in which it is placed.
Our Shop’s visitors have the possibility to display our Collector’s Editions’ prices in Swiss Francs (CHF) or their indicative exchange value in other currencies. Prices displayed in other currencies than Swiss Francs (CHF) are strictly indicative and do not guarantee the exchange rate applied by the client’s financial institution while purchasing with our Shop. Indicative exchange rates are updated at least every 24 hours.
To offer the best options for the choice of payment method, we protect the customer and ourselves from any misuse through the 3-D Secure payment system for credit cards or debit cards.
We offer cardholders the DCC (Dynamic Currency Conversion) option, with the freedom to choose between the currency of the online store (CHF) or that of the card. The exchange rate is clearly displayed (exchange rate and conversion fees). The purchase amount is debited on the day of the order, in the selected currency.
TERMS OF DELIVERY
As soon as your order is processed by our logistics service provider, articles in stock will be transferred to the carrier of your choice. Approximate delivery times for each carrier are displayed during the ordering process. However, these delivery times may vary as a result of delays due, for example, to the goods being processed by customs. Delivery delays do not entitle you to a discount on the sale price.
We reserve the right to offer available items in limited quantities as well as to propose any special offers only in quantities customary for domestic use.
In accordance with our ethical and ecological guidelines, we collaborate with the Fondation PRO for our logistics management. The mission of this foundation is to integrate and/or reintegrate individuals excluded from the traditional economic model, namely due to disability, while respecting standard requirements with regard to meeting deadlines and quality control.
When you order goods with a delivery address outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein, possible import taxes, duties and additional charges for customs clearance, on which we have no control whatsoever, may be levied once the package reaches its destination. These possible taxes, duties and additional charges are your responsibility. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your national customs authority for more information.
Also, please note that when ordering from our store, you are considered to be an official importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you receive the Collector’s Editions.
Protecting your privacy is important to us, and we draw the attention of our international customers to the fact that cross-border deliveries may be opened and inspected by customs authorities.
If you return the purchased goods within 10 days after receipt of your order, in perfect condition and still sealed in its original packaging, we will refund the full amount purchase price of the goods. However, you are responsible for correctly completing all shipping documents for the return of the goods. Shipping charges (to the address provided by you) and forwarding charges (to the address below), as well as all customs duties and other related charges, however, are your responsibility.

RETURN / EXCHANGE
For reasons of copyright, the sound media cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are still sealed in their original packaging. This does not apply, however, in case of shipping damage or manufacturing defects. In case of return, you must attach a copy of the invoice or delivery slip without which processing is not possible. Damage due to shipment must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the goods, barring which the right to a free replacement expires.
WARRANTY / LIABILITY
The responsibility for the goods delivered is limited to delivering a replacement. Any claim to cancelling the contract or reducing of the amount charged is excluded if a replacement delivery is possible within a reasonable time.
Any complaint related to defects in the goods must be received within eight days of delivery of the merchandise. If, after verification by us, the defect to the goods is due to misconduct by the buyer (e.g. damage caused during improper handling of the goods), the purchase, shipping, and reshipping costs will be borne fully by the buyer.
We accept no liability for any damage due to copy-protection systems. Our responsibility regarding our own faults as well as those of our legal representatives and service providers is limited to intent and negligence. It is only engaged in case of non-compliance with the basic obligations under the contract or lack of guaranteed properties.
For goods shipped outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein, you are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from our Shop, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
We are committed to providing all care used in the profession for the implementation of the service offered to the customer. However, our liability cannot be engaged in case of delay or breach of our contractual obligations if the delay or breach is due to a cause beyond our control: accident or force majeure as defined by applicable law.
Our responsibility will not be engaged in case of delay due to a shortage of stock. In addition, our responsibility will not be engaged in case of minor differences between the pictures of the articles and texts displayed on our websites and products delivered.
We use all the means at our disposal to ensure the services subject to these Terms and Conditions. We are responsible for all direct and foreseeable damages at the time of use of the website or the contract of sale between the buyer and the United Music Foundation.
We will not incur any liability for loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of profit, or any other indirect damage or damage which was not foreseeable at the time of use of the website or the conclusion of the contract between the purchaser and the United Music Foundation.
We are also entitled to file a complaint with the competent court of the customer.
